Welcome

WE ARE EVOM

Electric Vehicle of Montenegro.
Montenegro’s first car brand.

EVOM is an urban electric car initiative born in Montenegro and designed for European streets. We are creating compact, efficient and beautiful city cars that fit naturally into coastal towns, historic centres and modern neighbourhoods.

Our vision

Montenegro’s first car brand, built for European cities.

EVOM is the first electric car initiative coming from Montenegro. Our ambition is to develop a locally prototyped, globally competitive urban EV platform – starting with compact city cars and expanding into cargo and shuttle versions.

Why EVOM?

Cities are getting denser and more complex, while most cars are still oversized for daily urban driving. EVOM takes the opposite approach: small footprint, low energy consumption and friendly design – without compromising safety or comfort.

We see Montenegro as a perfect test bed: a compact country, dynamic tourism, coastal and mountain roads, and a growing innovation ecosystem. EVOM wants to become one of the flagship mobility projects that represent a modern, sustainable Montenegro.

Designed around real daily use

EVOM’s first model targets three core use cases:

  • everyday commuting in dense city streets,
  • shared mobility and car-sharing fleets,
  • hotel, resort and campus operations.

Our goal is simple: make electric mobility intuitive, affordable and enjoyable – starting from Montenegro and reaching out to Europe.

Our vehicles

Compact electric cars with a playful, Mediterranean character.

EVOM starts with a fully electric city car – small on the outside, surprisingly spacious and safe on the inside. It is designed for narrow streets, coastal towns and everyday urban life, with a color palette inspired by the Adriatic coast.

Urban-first proportions

A short overall length and tight turning radius make EVOM ideal for historic centres, narrow streets and dense parking environments.

Realistic electric range

Target range of 150–200 km in real city driving, optimised for daily use rather than unnecessary battery weight.

Customisable for fleets

Exterior colors and interior trims can be tailored for cities, hospitality brands and mobility operators.

Technology

A modular platform for multiple urban use cases.

EVOM is built as a modular electric platform. The same base can serve as a compact commuter car, a micro-cargo vehicle or a low-speed shuttle – reducing development costs and enabling flexible production for different partners.

Platform architecture

Our development focuses on a simple, robust architecture: optimised battery placement, efficient electric drivetrain and straightforward serviceability. The aim is to create a vehicle that is as easy to maintain as it is to drive.

Over time, the platform can host different body styles: closed city car, open utility version and compact shuttle for hotels or campuses – all sharing the same underlying electric base.

Future-ready software layer

While the first prototypes focus on hardware and driving dynamics, EVOM’s roadmap includes:

  • vehicle telemetry for fleets,
  • remote diagnostics and updates,
  • integration with smart-charging networks.

This creates a foundation for fleet operators, cities and mobility platforms to build services on top of EVOM.

Roadmap

From concept sketches to rolling prototypes and pilot fleets.

EVOM is currently in the concept and early engineering phase. Our roadmap is designed to move step by step: validate the design, build and test prototypes in Montenegro, then scale through partnerships.

2025 – 2026
Concept & feasibility
Finalise exterior and interior design, define the platform architecture and validate feasibility with engineering partners.
2026 – 2027
First rolling prototypes
Build and test the first drivable EVOM prototypes in Montenegro – on city streets, test tracks and controlled environments such as campuses and resorts.
2027 – 2028
Pilot fleets & small-batch production
Deploy small pilot fleets (10–50 vehicles) with local partners, while preparing homologation and scale-up for selected European markets.

Open to strategic partners and investors

Throughout this roadmap, EVOM actively seeks:

  • prototype and manufacturing partners,
  • battery and component suppliers,
  • pilot fleet hosts (cities, resorts, campuses),
  • strategic investors aligned with long-term mobility.

If you see a fit, we would be glad to start a conversation.

Partners

Built in Montenegro, open to collaboration.

EVOM is being developed from Montenegro, with the intention to collaborate closely with local and international partners: prototyping labs, engineering studios, universities, mobility operators and investors.

Ecosystem

We see institutions such as innovation funds, business incubators and technology clusters as key allies. EVOM aims to become a flagship example of how a small, open economy like Montenegro can develop its own car brand.

As the project evolves, this section will highlight our confirmed partners and pilot locations. Until then, it serves as an open invitation.
